Elainna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Loras College in Dubuque, IA, and a Master of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. Before joining Thrive, she gained experience working in various mental health settings with adolescent populations experiencing disordered eating, substance use, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
Elainna is passionate about guiding clients through self-discovery and enhancing their emotional well-being as they navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical interests include trauma, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, self-esteem enhancement, coping skills development, and personal growth.
Outside of her professional life, Elainna finds joy in baking, fashion, art, and spending quality time with her family and her cat.
