Benjamin Olson, QMHP

Rooted in respect for each person’s unique experience, Ben approaches therapy with curiosity, openness, and a commitment to helping clients shape lives that feel more sustainable, authentic, and connected. His trauma-informed, person-centered work often weaves in elements of DBT, ACT, and existential practices. Ben received an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago. He has past experience in community mental health, and has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, addiction, and other serious mental health conditions. In his spare time, Ben enjoys dog walks in the park, chess, kayaking, and aquatic snails.
