Rachel received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Roosevelt University. Rachel works primarily with adults needing additional support while facing a variety of life issues. She has a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ and gender topics, and non-traditional relationship styles such as polyamory. Rachel emphasizes the importance of self-compassion in treatment and utilizes client-centered and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. Additionally, Rachel enjoys exploring expressive arts with her clients. During her spare time, Rachel enjoys walks outside and yoga as well as watching spooky movies.
