Lauren received her Master of Social Work degree, with a Mental Health specialization, from Loyola University Chicago in 2022. She works with children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical interests include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), and expressive therapies. Lauren has experience working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Substance-Use Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), Adjustment Disorders, Conduct Disorders, and Mood Disorders. She takes a holistic approach and focuses on the client’s individual needs and internal strengths to provide the best environment for the client to Thrive. In addition to speaking Italian, Lauren has a background in music and loves to write songs and play guitar during her free time. She has two cats; Winnie and Binx (named after characters in the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus).
