Laura Nessler, LCSW

Laura graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2017 with a degree Masters in Social Work. She most recently worked on an assertive community treatment team treating adults with severe mental illness and complex medical needs. Prior to becoming a social worker, Laura worked in theatre and is passionate about the intersection of healing and the arts. She is a clinical company member with Erasing the Distance, a documentary theatre company dedicated to telling stories related to mental health. Her therapeutic approach focuses on attachment and narrative as means of creating meaningful personal change.
