Hiba received her Bachelors in Neuroscience from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology (Counseling Practice) at Roosevelt University. Prior to this internship, Hiba gained experience working in residential and crisis programs with people experiencing severe mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and spirituality. Hiba utilizes a strengths-based and holistic approach to counseling that encompasses the mind, body, and soul to foster healing and growth. In her free time, Hiba enjoys reading, making art, being outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends.
