Daniel is a social worker who earned a Master’s degree at University of Illinois at Chicago. He has experience working with children, families, adolescents, and adults in both residential and outpatient settings. His training is primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Theory, but Daniel also utilizes aspects of Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Daniel utilizes a strengths-based approach to therapy to aid in recovery and empowerment. Daniel also has experience working with clients with substance use disorders, trauma, psychosis, anxiety , depression, and relationship concerns.
