Angela received her Master of Arts in Art Therapy from the University of Illinois Chicago and her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Columbia College Chicago. Angela’s clinical interests include: art therapy, mindfulness, depression, anxiety, life transitions and relationship issues. Angela has experience working with people who share her passion for creativity and are having a difficult time in their life paths. She works with clients who are creative thinkers, writers, artists, musicians, performers, and filmmakers. She uses mindfulness and other clinical techniques to access core parts of being that connect with their creative energy to help them get through the challenges they are experiencing. She enjoys facilitating Thrive’s Art Therapy Group. Angela is a mixed media artist and jewelry designer. She is a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, a volunteer artist for Sacred Transformations/ TAT (Tattoo Art Therapy) and enjoys going on nature walks.
