Thrive Counseling Center provides resources for recovery and beyond. Client Care Advocates work with clients to coordinate, monitor, and advocate for individual wellness services.
Client Advocacy Services include:
- Guidance through daily issues while building confidence, independence and coping skills
- Reference to a network of outside providers – health, housing, legal, medical and transportation
- Free or affordable medication through pharmaceutical assistance programs
- Eligibility and application assistance for benefits such as Medicaid, Social Security, Medicare, food stamps, and cash
- Transition assistance from hospital programs into the community
- Support services for homeless individuals with mental health needs
Client Care Advocates are available 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. Call 708-383-7500 to speak to a Client Care Advocate or make an appointment.
Thrive Counseling Center is conveniently located steps from both the Metra Train Line (Union Pacific West – Marion St. Stop) and the CTA Green Line (Harlem Ave. Stop). Thrive is about one mile north of the 290 Eisenhower expressway (Harlem Ave. exit).
